You might even forget that other areas of your garden need to be cultivated and maintained. You may even forget that you have a garden at all and not just one plant that you're only focused on.

Your brand is like a garden mentioned above, made of many parts. You may start with one piece of your brand to get it started, but if you're so stuck on just one part of your brand, like the logo, what about the other parts of a brand? Like strategy, branding, marketing, purpose, customer experience, and website maintenance just to name a few.

It’s good to take time and reflect on these things because sometimes we're so close to 1 or 2 parts of our brand that we neglect other areas that need attention too. Different parts of our brand work together to help our business to continue to grow and have an impact on how our clients see our brand and interact with it.
